Despite being 2,500 years old, the evolution of the society has not diminished the value of Sun Tzu Art of War. One key principle in Sun Tzu Art of War is “change”. Unlike other skills, strategy must be ever-changing due to changing conditions. Thus, formulating strategy is a skill to be learned. Even the process of formulating strategy has to be constantly evaluated.
Learn how Art of War could be adapted in the modern context and art of organizing strategy in order to remain at the forefront in the strategy formulating process!
The advance program touches on strategy research, development and implementation. It has two main components: conceptualization of Art of War in modern context and the art of organizing strategy. The first component helps the participants to relate Art of War better to the modern business world. The second component helps participants to better “control” of their strategy whereby the particpants will research in strategy, review strategy processes and perform strategy implementation.
Our advanced program is an online self learning program. The participant will need to go through the contents and participate in the recommended activities. The course is flexible as the participant can decide their own learning schedule and the participant may choose to submit their works from their activities for review or comments. In order to be awarded the certificate of participation by us, the participant needs to submit 2 assignments listed at the end of the course.
The program is ideal for top and middle executives, young entrepreuneurs, consultants, management trainee etc, who may be making strategic decisions, analysis or evaluating strategy process.
