Strategy is a Life Skill. Contrary to what many believe, strategy is not exclusively used by leaders of big organizations, but rather a necessity for everyone. Strategy is the mode to achieving the goal, which is analogical to being a map for reaching the destination. We apply strategy extensively in our daily life without realising it.

With intensifying competition and rapid changes brought by globalization, strategy plays an increasingly important role in achieving victory. This is also what Art of War is all about: Tao of survival.

Program Approach

“The Complete Art of War Series” is perhaps the most intensive and in-depth Art of War program. To be a strategist, one has to be acclimatized to strategic thinking, which is our aim: “Developing a strategic mind”.

Program Structure

Our full program is broken down into 3 progressive modules: Basic, Intermediate and Advance. Each module is interactive and they have been specially designed to stretch individual’s potential and capacity in strategic thinking. The program is designed for self-learning but the participant needs to complete and pass two assignments before they can be awarded the certificate of participation.

During the self-learning phase, we have specially trained moderators who will be facilitating additional learning activities which reinforce the learning objectives of the self-learning course and also promote interaction between participants. The participants can also clarify any doubts that they have with the moderators.

Program Credential

The program had been successfully launched in workshops such the SIM
Art of War Series, each spanning across 3 months and was well received and commended. Many top executives, including a former Chief Minister, attended the workshop. He later introduces the workshop to his political party.
