Sun Tzu Art of War Institute supports the research and adoption of ancient Chinese strategies by world leaders and business communities to promote business excellence, ideas interchange and economic cooperation. Towards this end, STI is continuously engaged in the research and implementation of strategic programmes, conferences, publications, CEO membership programmes which are market focused, well-researched and internationally recognized.

The key objective of these courses is to help the students develop strategic thinking as a life skill, through the works in Sun Tzu
Art of War. In the course, the students will learn the strategic principles and develop a strategic perspective in understanding
events. They will cover strategic management using some of the great leaders and the student will learn how strategy is managed
through case studies of internal politics and against enemies.

3 Stage Approach

Sun Tzu Art of War Institute offers a unique approach to train the participants in Chinese Strategic Thinking. This is achieved through a 3-stage approach. The first stage of the program is to introduce the strategic principles and train the minds into seeing stratagem. The second stage of the program trains the participant to ‘tickle’ their unconsious for strategic thinking. The last stage is a reflexive exercise to utilize both consious and unconsious thinking in real-life applciation to master stratagem.

Modern strategy classes typically offer a standard framework for business leaders to apply in their business. Sun Tzu Art of War program compliments existing strategy framework by gearing business leaders towards strategic thinking with Chinese framework and enables them to realize their unconsious strategic thinking into practical application.

The Chinese Strategic Thinking program entails the following:

Members who have successfully completed the 3 stage will be invited to participate into the Strategist Certification Program which is the Certification of Master Trainers for Sun Tzu Art of War.
