Dr Zhang Yen Ming

Dr Zhang Yen Ming is one of Sun Tzu Art of War Institute’s Master Trainer with over 15 years in teaching and consultancy projects. Dr. Zhang is an Associate Professor in the Policy and Leadership Studies (PLS) Academic Group, National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He is involved in the Leadership in Education (International) Program, Diploma in Departmental Management (DDM) for heads of department training, Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and Master of Educational Administration (MEA) programs. He has tremendous experience teaching and coaching government officials from China and senior management from.
Receiving his Masters and Doctorate from Harvard Business School, Dr Zhang has been researching deeply in Yijing, Dao De Jing, Liu Tao, San Lue & Shang Shu, Cultural Leadership, Application of Eastern philosophy to modern organizational leadership and Management consultancy in China. He is part of the Editoral Board for Chinese Management Studies Journal.

Dr Seah Seow Wah

Dr Seah Seow Wah is one of Sun Tzu Art of War Institute’s Master Trainer with over 15 years in research in Chinese Management and Leadership. He was offered the scholarships from Public Sector Department (Malaysia) and National University of Singapore. He has more than 10 years of teaching experiences. He was the Organizational Health Survey consultant for a Singapore’s public higher learning institution (with a total workforce of around 1,500) in 2003 and 2006. He was a Change Management consultant for a Chinese business conglomerate in Indonesia for over 2 years. He also served as a Organizational Behaviour Management Consultant with one of the ‘big six’ auditing and consulting firms in Malaysia.He is currently a Management consultant in family succession plans for corporate, Research consultant for SIM and adjuct lecturer University of South Australia, supervising over 20 doctorates in Singapore. SHEH’s scope of research includes Chinese values, Chinese management and organisational practices, Chinese classical and contemporary leadership, Change Management as well as study of management professionalism among Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). He has 70 over publications in local dailies, corporate in-house magazines, national and international journals and has published three books.

Mr Piak Xiang Fu - Youth Trainer
Piak Xiang Fu is specially trained by Dr Foo Check Teck, in the minds of Sun Tzu and strategic thinking. He has co-authored and publised papers on Art of War and their application in modern contexts. He is also the creative mind behind the development of Art of War games and he has formulated innovative courses to train the young minds in Art of War.
